From the upload queue on the iPhone app, you can swipe right to left on any sighting in the queue. The corresponding sighting will then be removed from the upload queue and discarded from your device.
From the upload queue on the iPhone app, simply touch the little trash can icon if you wish to delete a sighting. The corresponding sighting will then be removed from the upload queue and discarded from your device.
While the NatureMapr app is specifically designed for the iPhone, you can change your search type in the App Store to "iPhone Only" when searching from an iPad device in order to still see and download the app. While it hasn't been specifically optimised for the iPad, it will run no problems at all.
